01 Cardboard Prototype

To gauge the dimensions of our bot, we crafted a low-fidelity prototype using cardboard.

03 Addition of "fur"

To enhance user engagement, we incorporated sensory play into our design by selecting a material closest to a cat's feel through a vote. This material was then placed around the bot, allowing users to interact with it while conversing and experience a sense of relaxation.

05 Adding motors/car

To enhance the mobility of our bot, we incorporated a motor and a car, mimicking the movement of an actual cat.

02 Changing Material

To address cardboard's limitations in durability and aesthetics, as well as its inability to effectively convey the bot's emotions, we chose a plastic container for our prototype. This material offers durability and translucency, enhancing visibility of the bot's emotions.

04 Integrating Lights

To enhance the interactive experience and display the bot's mood, we incorporated lights that change based on the user's interaction with the bot, offering a dynamic representation of its emotions.

06 Addition of sensors

For a better interaction , the sensors can detect and move up to the user, facilitating direct engagement.
